Neutral. 喜欢 (xǐhuān) means 'like' or 'love' in a general sense. For a stronger, more passionate 'love for learning', you can use 热爱 (rè'ài). While 我爱学习 (wǒ ài xuéxí) is also used, 喜欢 is generally more common for 'liking to learn'.

How to pronounce it
