You can describe set-meal contents and sold-out items with grammar you already know.
① 套餐带… (the set comes with...)
带 means "to come with / include": 套餐带汤 (the set comes with soup). To offer a choice of rice or bread, use 还是 (Lesson 32). Remember the pair 免费↔收费 (free ↔ paid).
② 卖完了 (sold out) — a result complement (Lesson 29)
卖 (to sell) + 完 (to finish) + 了 = sold out. 买↔卖 (buy ↔ sell) are a pair (Lesson 8).
Service tip: When a dish is sold out, soften the news with a polite 非常抱歉，…卖完了. For dishes that take a while, check with the guest first: 这道菜需要…分钟，可以吗？
