Recommending with 最 and 比…更 (building on comparisons, Lesson 27)
Comparison patterns make your recommendations far more convincing.
① 最 (the most) / 受欢迎 (popular)
- 天妇罗最受欢迎Tempura is our most popular dish.
② 比…更… (even more … than …)
Add 更 to the comparison pattern from Lesson 27 to say "even more … than": 这个比那个更好吃。
Service tip: Use 我推荐这个 (I recommend this one) and 这个最受欢迎 (this is our most popular). When a guest asks 辣吗？ (Is it spicy?), answer with 不辣 (not spicy) or 有点儿辣 (a little spicy).
