huanpíngguǒ

Use "huan" (like) to say which fruits you like. To say you don't like something, use "huan".

Grammar Point

huan + thing = I like ~

Put the thing you like right after huan. To say you don't like something, use huan.

  • huanpíngguǒ。(I like apples)
  • huan。(I don't like pears)

ài = love / really like

ài is stronger than huan — it means "love" or "really love".

  • àima。(I love Mum)
  • àishuǐguǒ。(I love fruit)
