操你妈 is an extremely vulgar and offensive phrase in Mandarin Chinese, directly equivalent to 'f*** your mother' or 'go f*** yourself' in English. It is considered one of the most severe insults and should never be used in polite or even impolite conversation.

How to pronounce it
Sounds roughly like “TSAO nee MAA.” The first character 操 (cào) is a falling tone, the second 你 (nǐ) is a dipping tone (a half third-tone), and the third 妈 (mā) is a high flat tone.
